KATHUA: Another feather in the history of Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua. Management of Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua feels proud to announce that our two students have been selected for National Championship. First, Vipul Yashovardhan of class 7th fetched first bronze medal in U-12, 50 above weight category in sub-junior national Judo Championship which was held at Una, in Himachal Pardesh. This is in the history that first time Kathua district has clinched a medal at national Level in J&K also after 4-5 yrs a prize is bagged at national Level. 

Sohani Sambyal of class 9th fetched Gold Medal in Inter division State level Taekwando Championship which was held at District Budgham in Srinagar and she has also  been selected for upcoming U-17 school national Championship which will be held in Gujrat is the month of November. Sohani Sambyal has been participating in State Level competition for Ist  three yrs and fetched silver medal this year. She has been successful to achieve her goal and got selected for Nationals by winning gold medal. A press conference was organized by the school in which parents were also invited. Parents also expressed their happiness and thanks to the school management.

Principal Shuchita Gupta said that Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua always focuses on preparing its children for life long. Since its inception it has been the dream of Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua to make quality education as well as sports education is accessible to children of Kathua. We feel that with short span of time we are able to fulfill our dream by achieving many top positions in sports activities. It is all due to hard work and dedication of staff, students and co-operation of our parents.

We are still committed to continue our efforts for creating interest amongst the students for intellectual moral, spiritual and physical growth. At last I congratulate Vipul Yashovardhan and Sohani Sambyal and their parents for success and pray to God for their successful career ahead.
