HPS students won first prize in inter-school Bhajan Competition

  • All the winner students were honoured in the special assembly by Gaurav Charak (Principal), Anku Charak (Vice Principal) and the staff members.




JAMMU: The students of Humanity Public School (Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana) brought laurels to the school by winning first prize and cash prize of Rs. 2000/- in inter-school Bhajan Competition organised by Shri Lakshmi Narayan Temple Management Trust, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. In this competition more than 50 students from 10 government and private educational institutions participated. 

The students namely Pallvi Mehra and Reega Bharti of 10th standard, Rohani Chib and Riya Bharti of 9th standard, Pariksha Singh of 8th standard presented scintillating Mata ke Bhajans creating religious musical environment in and around Lakshmi Narayan Temple complex which has been tastefully decorated with buntings and illumination.Kushal Raina of 10th standard gave background music on casiowhile Rajan Kumar (Music teacher) gave rhythm on table. 

President of the Trust, Gulchain Singh Charak complimented the students for their outstanding performance in reciting Bhajans on Goddess Durga almost like professionals.

All the winner students were honoured in the special assembly by Gaurav Charak (Principal), Anku Charak (Vice Principal) and the staff members. Principal of the institution lauded the efforts of the music teacher Rajan Kumar for his mature guidance and the hardwork.
