  • Five Border Security Force (BSF) personel were injured after Militants attacked their vehicle at Panthachowk in Outskirts of Srinagar district.




SRINAGAR: Five Border Security Force (BSF) personel were injured after Militants attacked their vehicle at Pantha chowk in Outskirts of Srinagar district.

According to reports, militants opened fire upon the BSF vehicle of 163 Bn at Panthachowk resulting in injuries to five troopers.

All the injured were taken to nearby hospital for treatment.

SSP Srinagar Imtiaz Ismail Parray told that police has been rushed to the spot to verify the incident.

Injured BSF troopers identified as HC Mohd yousuf,Ct V.R Mandal,Ct Surrinder,Ct Govind and Ct Samrat.
