  • Two Border Security Forces (BSF) soldiers were critically injured in cross-LoC firing in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.




RAJOURI : Two Border Security Forces (BSF) soldiers were critically injured in cross-LoC firing in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.

Sources said that two forward locations on this side of LoC manned by the BSF and the army came under fire from Pakistani side.

They said that two soldiers were critically injured in the firing following which they were shifted to a hospital for treatment.

The injured soldiers identified as Ct.Paranjit Viswas(got injuries in stomach and Shoulder) and Ct.Mansa Ram (got injuries in both the legs).

Intermittent exchange of fire between both sides was going on when last reports poured in, they said.
