SMVDU Organises Short Term Course on Techniques for Generation X

JAMMU: A TEQIP-III sponsored Short Term Course (STC) on “Advanced Techniques for Next Generation Networks with Focused on 5G, IoT and Aerially Controlled HETNETs” began at the School of Electrical & Communication Engineering (SoECE), Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra, with an objective to provide an exposure to the faculty members, research scholars, and postgraduate students, working in the field of next generation networks and network security.

Dr. Sachin K. Gupta and Dr. Vijay K. Sharma, coordinators of the event, highlighted the importance of STC in the present time of the next generation networks and also introduced all the renowned resource persons to the audience. 

The resource persons from various reputed institutes and industries conducted various sessions. 

The coordinators thanked Dr. K R Jha, HoD, SoECE; Dr. R. K. Jha, Associate Dean (R&D), Dr. Sumeet Gupta, Associate Dean (Academic Affairs), and Prof. P. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, ECE, JNTU Hyderabad, including the Vice-Chancellor, SMVDU, Dr. Sanjeev Jain, for his constant motivation and support.
