SMVDNSH holds Multispeciality camp at Sri Gurudwara Singh Sabha Sainik Colony

  • Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital organized a one day multispecialty camp at Sri Gurudwara Singh Sabha Sainik Colony Jammu, in association with Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee.




JAMMU: In its constant endeavor to improve and provide comprehensive medical services in Jammu province, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital organized a one day multispecialty camp at Sri Gurudwara Singh Sabha Sainik Colony Jammu, in association with Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee.

Dr (Brig) Man Mohan Harjai, Chief Administrative Officer of SMVDNSH was the Chief Guest. In his welcome address Brig. Harjai said that organizing of such camps at various localities, give opportunity to the patients to interact with concerned super specialists directly for their treatment.Brig Harjai also informed that this hospital is now been approved for empanelment with Ex-Serviceman Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS). S Fateh Singh, General Secy-DGPC Distt. Jammu presented the memento to the Chief Guest.

Dr. Neeraj Mahajan-Cardiologist, Dr. Vikas Padha-Ortho Surgeon, Dr. Renu Sharma-Gynaecologist and Dr. Shally Kandhari- Ophthalmologist provided their services in the camp. About 300 plus patients were examined and treated for their various ailment. A rare diagnostic facility called mammography was provided free of cost at camp and 12 mammograms were carried out. Beside this 20 on the spot X-Rays and other lab tests were also performed.

Col (Retd) S Charanjit Singh, Chairman –Sri Gurudwara Singh Sabha Sainik Colony Jammu, thanked the team SMVDNSH for organizing such a large multispeciality camp in the Gurudwara and providing superspecility facility to the needy patients.
