Kishtwar police team recovered missing children’s within 24 hrs of registeration of FIR

KISHTWAR: In a speedy action after receipt of a written complaint from one Abdul Rashid s/o Fateh Mohd R/o Checha Nagseeni on 10-1-2019 by SHO Police Station Kishtwar in which the complainant stated that his childern(s) namely Hakim Din age14/15 and Umar Din age7/8 years who had gone to kishtwar on 5th of january to the house of one Ab Rashid S/O Habibulla R/O Umar mohlla for pursuing their studies were missing since 5th of january 2019. 

During enquiry he also he also expressed his doubt on some suspects (namely Rafiq Gujar and Aquib Gujar R/O checha nagseni) who according to him are involved in kidnapping of his children’s.

On receipt of this information as both the missing childrens were minor as per directions issued by SC of India for registeration of FIr in all missing of children’s FIR No 6/2019 u/Sec 363 RPC was registered at Police Station Kishtwar. 

SSP Kishtwar Rajinder Gupta constitutes a team led by DySP Hqrs Ayaz Sheikh JKPS and SHO Police Station Kishtwar Farooq Khateeb Insp to enquiry on fast track basis the whereabouts of missing kids. 

Accordingly team led by SHO Police Station Kishtwar raises few places and recovered the missing children’s who were later after completing legal formalities handed over to lawful guardiana. 

Further investigations are goingon and few suspects have also been detained for questioning to ascertain the exact circumstances in which both the children’s went missing.
